CS Lam is currently the President of Trinity Technology Transfer (T3) Inc. - a corporation dedicated to the teaching and transfer of skills and technologies that facilitate PErsonal And Corporate Effectiveness (PEACE). Using the Christ-centered principles for holistic stewardship and leadership during our human journey, T3 researches and develops programs that cover the Physical, Emotional, Mental, Spiritual, and Financial (PEMSF) aspects of stewardship and leadership.

CS has over 30 years of IT and financial experiences with several international or national organizations such as NCR, IBM, Alberta Treasury Branch, Imperial Oil, Bell. He has also helped set-up the China National School of Administration (CNSA), a technology partnership program between IBM, T3 and the Chinese government in the late 90s.  CNSA is located in Beijing for the management and IT skill transfer to Chinese government officials.
